As many of you might know, I am an everyday glasses wearer. So whenever I see an article about glasses I have to immediately read it. I recently read this article from PureWow with their prediction of eyeglass trends of 2019. They mention transparent frames. I think these have been on trend for awhile now. I have been dying to jump on the trend and this may just be the time! I am feeling these Chelsea frames from Warby Parker. Do you guys like the transparent frame trend? I hate the aviator trend for regular glasses (not sunglasses) that PureWow mentions. It might be fun once in a while with certain outfits but doesn’t seem realistic for everyday wear to me. I feel like I’d get sick of it too easily.

I have been obsessed with the Tarte Tartelette Toasted Eyeshadow Palette lately. And by lately I mean for months now. The shades are perfect for creating simple everyday looks and also for more elaborate looks. I love Tarte products and this one is no different. The shadows are creamy, easy to blend and long lasting. The rich, warm colors of this palette are great for almost all skin tones too. I wear the shadows from this palette on the reg and can’t recommend it enough.

Me and my hubby are big diner people. We love going out to breakfast and can’t beat a good ol’ greasy spoon. I love a fancy brunch but sometimes its nice to roll up to an unassuming breakfast joint with a messy bun and a slob kabob outfit. We had driven past a local diner about a million times and never eaten there. I don’t know why but one day we finally decided to stop in and check it out. Boy do I regret that we waited so long to stop in to Wilson’s Diner in Waltham, MA. It is a retro feeling train diner car so the ambiance is great. Exactly what you want from a diner. The food is cheap, delish and the servings are generous. My husband loves their corned beef hash and I can’t say enough good things about their pancakes! If you are in the area, get your ass to Wilson’s and belly up to the bar for breakfast ASAP.

As you guys know, I am always super behind on TV and movies. But I still like talking about what I am currently watching because I am sure there are others out there just like me! I recently binged Sharp Objects. OMG. If you haven’t watched this yet (you probably have) you need to drop whatever you are doing and watch it NOW. It is an HBO series based on a Gillian Flynn book. I read the book ages ago and was super excited that they made it into a show. They actually did a great job going from book to miniseries. As we all know, sometimes the book to movie/show transition isn’t always well done but this one breaks that stereotype. Amy Adams kills it in this. Even though I read the book, it still left me shook when I finished the series.

What are your thoughts on the PureWow eyeglass trend predictions? What is your favorite eyeshadow palette lately? Where should me and the hubby (and Finley!) grab breakfast next? What are you guys watching right now? Spill the tea in the comments!
